Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

To secure your event date with Cordvision Studios, LLC through our JWMemories.com service, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date and secures your project on our production calendar.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your scheduled event.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the event require payment in full at the time of booking.
- No services will be provided without full and timely payment.

Cordvision Studios, LLC accepts payment via cashier’s check, money order, or bank transfer only. A signed contract agreement is required to finalize all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official notice.

- If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but no additional fees will be charged.
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the entire payment is non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and production planning.
- In the rare event that Cordvision Studios, LLC must cancel due to illness, emergency, or other uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit, or the opportunity to reschedule based on availability.

Standard (Tampa Bay Area)

- Event dates are not confirmed without both a signed contract and deposit.
- Travel fees may apply for venues outside of Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco counties.
- By booking with Cordvision Studios, LLC via JWMemories.com, you acknowledge and agree to the policies stated above, as well as those in your signed service agreement.
- Cordvision Studios, LLC reserves the right to use selected footage for promotional and portfolio purposes.
